To qualify for a trip to conference  and other planned trips you must complete the following requirements.  There are no exceptions.   What money you personally raise is what is subtracted from your personal total cost to attend conferance and other planned trips and events.  If you do the work you get free trips, if you don't you end up having to pay the differance out of your own pocket.  We will have plenty of fundraising opportunities that will more than cover the cost of planned trips.
 
Conference & Trip Requirements:

Chapter & International Registration Dues:
Each member is required to pay chapter dues by October 30, 2009!
Each member is required to register for conferance and the international group by November 15, 2008!

Attendance: 
Each member must attend meetings!  This is a requirement, you must have an acceptable excuse to miss a meeting (such as class)!
Members are required to attend meetings!

Merchandise Sales:
We will be setting up a table to sell our aerospace merchandise on the last Wednesday & Thursday of every month from 9-3! 
You are required to work one hour per sale day or two hours on one day!

Sponsorship Letters: 
Each member must come up with 5 busineses to send out sponsorship letters to!   If you have additional businesses who you feel would sponsor us, please list them as well!  This should be able to be done in one meeting, type and stuff!
5 Sponsorship Letters must be sent out by November 30, 2009 !

Expanding Your Horizons:
Each member must participate in this event.  Only excused absences permitted, and will have to make up by having to sell an extra picture certificate. 

Saturday October 25th!

Spring Festival:
The organization will be divided up into three groups.  One group will concentrate on getting donations for the silent auction while the second group will concentrate on getting vendors to sign up for the festival.  The last group will be in charge of advertising, and setting up, as well as all of the details, such as vendor spots, setting up the location, electricity, etc.!
